 Tibetan White Crane （TWC）Kung Fu has Streamline Posture, Extended Strikes, Nimble Footwork and a rich curriculum of soft-hand, Chi Gong, Hand forms, Sparring, and weapon techniques. The Introductory Lessons provide functional full body fitness training. Basic techniques of punches, kicks, stepping, and self-defense will be covered for a good workout.
