Cotton Needle 棉裏針

Min Lui Jum [棉 ‘Cotton’ 裏 ‘Inside’ 針 ’Needle’] means a Needle (1st finger) hidden inside the Cotton (Palm) and is the soft-hand form of the Tibetan White Crane Kung Fu. The fluidic moves are performed on 14 stumps in a plum blossom pattern. Seeking calmness and settlement while in constant motion, it is also called a “marrow washing” technique with rejuvenation benefits.
