Tibetan White Crane (TWC)Kung Fu has Streamline Posture, Extended Strikes, Nimble Footwork and a rich curriculum of soft-hand, Chi Gong, Hand forms, Sparring, and weapon techniques. The Introductory Lessons provide functional full body fitness training. Basic techniques of punches, kicks, stepping, and self-defense will be covered for a good workout.
白鶴派功夫以偏身側擊、步法靈動為特色,有外家拳、内功、氣功、刀槍劍棍等手法技巧。入門課程提供全身功能性體能訓練。課程將涵蓋拳擊、踢腿、步法和自衛等基本技巧,有適當强度的鍛鍊。
